Jessie Charpentier - Pastor
Jessie Charpentier joined the staff of First Baptist in 2025 and has served in full-time pastoral ministry for over 30 years. He holds an M.Div., Th.M., and Ph.D. from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, specializing in preaching and biblical exposition. Jessie and his wife, Ginger, married in 1991 and have three grown sons. His ministry is fueled by Colossians 1:28-29, proclaiming Christ and helping believers grow to maturity.
Will Richey - Worship Pastor
Will Richey joined the staff at First Baptist in August 2020 as Worship Pastor. Will gained his Bachelor of Arts in Music with a minor in Christian Studies from Ouachita Baptist University in 2015. While at OBU, he met his wife, Mollie. They have been married since December of 2016 and have a daughter named Lottie and a son named Rhett. Will has a passion for worship and hopes to draw people closer to Jesus through music.
Sean Lupton - Student Pastor
Sean Lupton joined FBC as student pastor in March of 2024. He comes to us with experience as both a senior pastor and youth pastor since 2016. He’s been married to Ashley since December of 2010 and they have two daughters, Sophia and Bailey. Their family is happy to be in Hamburg and excited to spread the gospel to as many youth as possible.
